Sustainable vocational skills Training in Uganda.
At our scout centre we were very many young people doing different skills project and there were few tailoring machines. There was serious food crisis at School and shortage of Tools in Workshops. So We were inspired to write this project to get funding so that we can have more girls and boys be trained and more food being bought for the students at the centre.
With the funds we received ,it enabled us enabled us in purchasing sewing machines, and meals for our students. We now can comfortably sit on our sewing machines and also have meals at school.
Vocational Skills are hands on skills that prepare youth for the world after school.
The more skills you have the better for you. so we want to learn as many skills as possible.
teamwork is key as we learn skills and practice makes perfect.
