Sumatra Service Badge to Local Scout
We wanted to honor every helping hand—those who gave economic and physical aid after the disaster. The Social Service Badge became our symbol of gratitude, celebrating generosity and encouraging a sustainable cycle of giving to rebuild the community.
We launched a fundraising drive for SDN 14 Labuah, and every donor received a Social Service Badge as appreciation. All funds were used to buy scouting equipment for the school. We also presented badges to DKC and DKR for their vital support, turning donations into lasting scouting spirit and community resilience.
We learned that even small donations, when united, can create big impact. The Social Service Badge turned gratitude into a symbol of shared responsibility. Providing scouting equipment after a disaster restores children's spirit and reminds us that recovery is a collective journey.
