On 11th November the sherubtse Rover Scouts and CBS celebrated the 60th Birth Anniversary of our Fourth Druk Gyelpo with Draktsho special need students. our programs for the day started with Zhapten for long live of our fourth king and followed by cake cutting. This year in dedication to 60th birth anniversary of Fourth King we have started scouting at Draktsho vocational training center. 12 boys and 13 girls were awarded scarfs and certificates by chief guest and also 7 staffs including the principal were also awarded scarfs and certificates, so from yesterday they became the part of sherubtse scouts as well as family of Bhutan Scout Association. we are hopping to provide them with scouting skills and knowledge in collaboration with BSA. The fun activities such as balloon blasting, spoon race, tail pulling, chocolate pulling, etc... and also cultural programs are done in-order to make day interesting.The prizes for winners of fun activities were awarded by chief guest. As we have planned to provide lunch for Draktsho students every year on 11 November, so this year also we have provided lunch to around 53 students and 7 staffs plus community people.
