Smart Nutrition Strong Generation
I was motivated by observing poor eating habits and lack of awareness about nutrition and anemia among youth. Many students faced weakness and low energy due to improper diet. I wanted to create awareness, promote healthy habits, and help build a stronger, healthier community through simple and engaging activities.
The project was executed through planned awareness sessions, workshops, and interactive activities on nutrition and anemia prevention. Games, role plays, and surveys engaged students effectively. Community outreach included rallies and door-to-door campaigns, ensuring wider awareness. These steps helped promote healthy eating habits and active participation among students and the community.
Through this project, I learned the importance of proper nutrition and anemia prevention in daily life. I developed skills in communication, teamwork, and leadership. I also understood how awareness activities can influence behavior. This project enhanced my confidence and taught me how to create positive impact in the community.
