Scout activities to prevent road accidents.
Traffic is a common problem to our city. Now a days it’s become a national problem to us. It has became the headline of our national newspapers. Our service is aimed at de-congesting pedestrians to avoid accidents and to have Iftar with family on time.
During the holy month of Ramadan, office and school closing time goes ahead as usual. As usual, a large number of people gather on the streets to break the fast at the right time. As a result, it sometimes creates unwanted traffic jams. In that traffic, various accidents happen due to ignorance. Our scouts work towards decongesting roads and creating social awareness by the traffic management system more active to prevent those untoward accidents.
From this activity we can gain detailed knowledge about traffic rules. We can identify the causes of road accidents and even learn about the ways to prevent accidents and we can establish contact with a large number of people and develop our communication skills.
