Aside from being an annual activity, we are enthusiastic about carrying out this activity to protect and control for the safety of the society.
Security and traffic order can be handled by SAKA Bhayangkara. Meanwhile, health-related matters can be handled by SAKA Bakti Husada. In SAKA Bakti Husada itself, we have prepared stretcher, first aid kit, and medical bags which contain various kinds of medicines. This security post is usually divided into 2 shifts. The morning shift runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the night shift runs from 4 p.m. until 1 a.m.
During this security post activity, I gained a lot of knowledge about traffic security and medical treatment. Especially for medical handling, I was taught by the PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) through practical exercises during free time. We practiced lifting patients with a stretcher, recognizing various medicines in the first-aid (P3K) bag, and discussed many other medical topics.
