As reflection to the scout oath, "To serve other people at all times", Scouts and Scouters of the Municipal Scouting Committee (Community Outfit) of Calumpit, Boy Scouts of the Philippines Bulacan Council once again devoted their time in "service to others" during the Undas (All Saints Day) 2016 through Traffic and Pedestrian Assistance. It was a 16 Years of Continuous Service in our community since the year 2001.
