Services offered by volunteer Scouts by assisting in radio communication during the city-wide national earthquake drill, specifically the one held at Tacloban City Hall. The Scouts together with other volunteers and professionals coordinated with local Radio Clubs, different government departments and rescue units towards the success of the drill in preparing citizens and workers during natural disasters.
