I have served for 8 Istana Hospitality duties from my first duty being on the 17th of July 2015 and my latest being on the 29th of July. I have served at the front gate, ticketing booth, ticket collection and wheelchair duties. During my front gate service, i was given a chance to interact with strangers and give them a positive vibe while inviting them to enter the istana. Wheelchair duties allowed me to talk to people of various countries, sharing experiences each other while i push their wheelchairs through the istana buildings with their family. The Hospitality duties also gave me a chance to get to know scouts from other troops which grants me more connections in scouting. 3 duties is enough to get the Hospitality badge but i continued on to help inspire more people to do service and as well as enjoy the time spent in scouting with brothers from different troops. Sadly, this would be my last Hospitality duty as i am met with my 'N' Levels.
