The Free Being Me activities were organized at Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal, M.P. India, in which 113 participants took part. The session was conducted by Ms. Ritu Sharma DOC Rajasthan and duly assisted by Mr Gajraj Singh DOC M.P. lt started with the pledge where all promised to enjoy it. Poster making competition was held to crack myth image to the participants. Two members from each group gave presentation of their posters. After the presentation the concept of myth image was explained in detail. Later all the participants took part in mirror-mirror game where they reflected positive quality of each other. Airbrushing was explained to them with demonstration where a Ranger from NWR Vivi did all the makeup and her pictures before the makeup and after makeup were shown to the participants. Side effects of surgery, cosmetics, and medicines were also explained to them in detail. Definition of beauty is different in every country was told to them with facts. We ended the session with reviews of participants where they told how the myth concept of beauty has been changed for them. They all felt free form the pressure of appearance. It will help them to build up their self esteem and confidence. The session was supervised by Mr. R.K.Kaushik, Dy. Director
