Volunteer Scouts respond to a fire incident at Pn'T Hardware Warehouse at Tacloban City as they work together with the local Fire Department, Police and other local rescue units as the Scouts contribute through radio communication in updating the situation to respective authorities before professional help artived and by diverting traffic to alternative routes to prevent further damage and/or harm to other people at the incident area.
