Eco-Bricks: Turning Waste into Resources
I was inspired by the increasing amount of plastic waste in our surroundings. Seeing waste being thrown away motivated me to find a useful way to reuse it. The idea of making eco-bricks showed me how waste can be turned into something useful. I wanted to spread awareness about recycling and encourage others to care for the environment. This project motivated me to take a small step towards a cleaner and greener future.
We collected clean and dry plastic waste from our surroundings and sorted it properly. We cleaned the plastic bottles and prepared them for making eco-bricks. We filled the bottles with non-recyclable plastic waste and compressed it tightly using simple tools. We worked together as a team and completed the task carefully. Through this activity, we learned how waste materials can be reused in a creative and useful way. Our project helped us understand the importance of teamwork, recycling, etc.
