This diversity and inclusion projets is designed to contribute to attain the 2023 vision. The aim is to provide help to youg people incarcerated in the civil prison of Niamey, by providing donations, Hope, vivifying their life and let them know all the oppotunities that scouting brings to them. Hopefully, we expect to reintegrate them in the society, to rebuild and find a place for themselves by joining scouting or through scouting.
