Distribution of Dengue prevention leaflets
My commitment to public health was the main motivation. The desire to alleviate human suffering inspired me in this work.My sense of duty towards educational institutions and society has worked. I feel that if I can personally do something to help even a little bit in preventing the spread of this disease, it will be fulfilling my social responsibility. It is my moral responsibility to protect the people around me from danger.
I first collected leaflets with accurate and concise information about dengue prevention methods, dengue symptoms, and Aedes mosquito breeding sites.I distributed leaflets in densely populated areas adjacent to my school, around schools and colleges and in public places, shops, and government offices.We have also provided a brief summary of the key messages for dengue prevention (always keep the house clean, and throw away water that has been standing for more than two days).
I have deeply understood the importance of public awareness in dengue prevention. My communication skills have improved a lot.I learned the practical application of social responsibility. I acquired planning and implementation skills. This experience has made it clear how to proceed step by step to successfully complete a task from start to finish.
