18 scouts & rovers altogether with 1leader prepared activity bases for 285 participants in west calcutta district rally.... Prepared commando bridge, rescue by fireman chairs knot, monkey crawling, deadman crossing etc. Participated in MOP rally...... all the participants enjoyed very much.... We were appreciated by the district officials
