The main goal of the project - creation of conditions for effective activity of Scout Groups, and increasing the number of Scouts of the OSMK by forming attractive Youth Program. Distribution of Scouting in Kazakhstan by including new geographic areas, as well as practicing more in-depth approaches to understanding the essence of Scouting in activities of the Scout Groups.
