The main plan was to clean the land that would house the future headquarters of the Negombo District Scout association and to renovate the fence surrounding it. That plot of land had been covered in wild-growth because of neglect due ti technical reasons. So it was up to me and my fellow scouts to cut the grass, trim the trees,remove the weeds and build a new fence. We so this as our opportunity to contribute to the development of our local association.
