Seeing the abilities in the disabilities DraktDraktsho Vocational Training Institute is an institute which aspires to help the disabled individuals to identify their abilities in various fields so that they become somebody in the future. It is a non government organization which was started in the year 2001. My service as a volunteer have me the opportunity to groom myself in various ways such as personal development, communication, leadership and team building. It is such a pleasure to help those disabled in ways such as reach them dance, songs, activities of daily living and games too. I taught them basic literature such as math, English and Dzongkha. It is such a pleasure to teach and learn from them....
