We the scouts of polo national high school participated in a international coastal clean up that is held at Tanza Navotas marine park In September 16, 2023 Saturday. Our goal is to help and to contribute to the cleanliness of our mother nature, which i think we achieved. Because the number of sacks that we have collected is more than 8! we know that is not a lot but at least it helps, right? we encountered different types of trash and waste like diapers, plastic bottles, rubber shoes, medicine bottles and even tires. we are shocked on the things that it's in our sea but we couldn't do anything but just to lessen it so in that day we did our best to try and clean the area that is been task to us. We picked the large and small waste. And also we enjoyed it, me as a first timer in that kind of event it is overwhelming to see the situation that our mother nature is going through. so as a scout and a simple individual i learned that day that i need to lessen my solid waste intake either it is in my house or even outside, because of what i saw it is very alarming for each of us and i knew that day that we need to take an action to it
