Paticipated at National Scout Jamboree 2026
What inspired you to take up the project?
I was inspired to participate in the National Scout Jamboree 2026 to strengthen my commitment to Scouting, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and promote friendship, service, peace, and cultural understanding among Scouts. The Jamboree also provided an opportunity to learn from fellow Scouts and contribute meaningfully to the Scouting movement in Bhutan.
What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?
I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, discipline, cooperation, and effective communication. The Jamboree strengthened my ability to manage and support Scouts, work with people from diverse backgrounds, and solve challenges collaboratively. Most importantly, I learned that Scouting promotes service, friendship, peace, responsibility, and respect for others.
Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?
I participated actively in the National Scout Jamboree 2026 at the National Scouts Centre, Paro, by supporting and guiding Scouts, coordinating activities, encouraging teamwork, and participating in educational, cultural, service, and outdoor programmes. I worked collaboratively with fellow Scout Leaders and ensured the Scouts followed the programme, Scout values, safety guidelines, and responsibilities throughout the Jamboree.
