Neckerchiefs and slides to start a scout unit

What does it take to create a scout-like troop in a refugee camp? Here in Los Angeles, we debated that, and decided that it takes (a) one adult over 18 and one adult over 21; (b) at least three boys ages 8 to 17; and (c) a small nugget of Scouting Spirit (which will quickly grow). UNIFORMS came up on many lists, but we debated that down to "just neckerchiefs," which in turn required slides ("woggles" in England). Magically, 140 NECKERCHEIFS AND SLIDES appeared, some blue and some gold, in approximately the colors of the Ukrainian flag. A FIRST PROJECT ready to begin, so the group gains momentum right from the start. We decided on two: (1) Please send me a name and shipping information to get neckerchiefs and slides to you. (2) Please send me a name and shipping information for 10 very good down sleeping bags, that might be used in the refugee camp, or might be forwarded on to people in greater need. The sleeping bags will be shipped in 3 or 4 backpacks suitable for scouts to carry loads around the camp, perhaps as a regularized part of camp activity, or just as good deeds. Thanks for your help.
