Nazhoen Scouts Hiking to Phajoding to Pumo La

What inspired you to take up the project?

I was inspired to organize the Nazhoen Scouts Hiking project to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and appreciation for nature. The hike also aimed to develop leadership skills, resilience, and a strong spirit of adventure and environmental responsibility among Scouts.

What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?

I learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, leadership, and perseverance. The hike also helped me develop greater appreciation for nature, strengthen my sense of responsibility, and understand the importance of safety and mutual support.

Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?

The project was executed by organizing a safe hiking route, briefing Scouts on safety and environmental care, and conducting the hike through teamwork and guided activities. Scouts followed safety rules, supported one another, maintained cleanliness, and completed the hike successfully.
