In pain, we hereby to announce the dismisses of our dear brother RABOTOVAO Armand Fils alias filoha Zazah, on the 20th of May 2017 at the hospital of the city of Toamasina, following a traffic accident Which led him to Fenerive Est, where he intended to go for a training camp. Filoha Zazah was the former district commissioner of Alaotra, trainer of trainers and a member of the trainers’ college of the Tily Eto Madagasikara and the National Scout Organization of Madagascar. Interment will be organized today 22 May 2017 at 4 pm in his homeland in the city of Moramanga after a worship mess. We sympathize with all his family, his wife and Son that our Lord Jesus Christ gives him eternal rest.
