As the Scout Master of Tangalle National Boys School scout Troop, I organized the awarding of membership to the new Scouts and the banquets given by them for the Scouting movement. The purpose of this was to show the way to children to act for a better future as scouts.

Principal and teaching staff of the school, scout officers, scout leaders, parents and well-wishers of Hambantota scout district participated as chief guests.
