In the afternoon assembly, all the Scouts leaders of Votualevu Public School had organized a celebration to observe International Day of Peace. A total of 954 students and 30 teachers were part of the school based celebrations. Scouts Leader, Mr Shalendra Dutt spoke on International Day of peace and students were taught the peace symbol. It was an exposure for Votualevu students to learn more about Scouting and how it is interrelated to Peace.
