Everyone must be knowing what a mess we face as the school gets over. All children just rush to the school gate, which becomes so crowdy and at times which leads to fights among students, also some children gets hurt due to so much of rush and pull. Many parents and students started complaining about this. Thus I decided to appoint a group of Volunteers to look after the children especially when the school gets over. Almost there was a need to change the system of leaving the children. So now the volunteers stood at few distant places to monitor the children. All the sections from 1st to 8th class were left with a proper queue with help of Volunteers and class teachers as well. Special attention was needed for lower classes like 1st,2nd and 3rd as the children are quite small as special attention was needed when they move downstairs. So a group of volunteers from 4th class were selected to monitor in afternoon session for 1st to 4th classes and a group of Volunteers from Class 8th to monitor classes from 5th to 8th in Morning session. This system really works. Now we dont get any complaints from parents and students. Happy:) And special thanks to our volunteers.
