Traffic duty in Cox’s Bazar Jawtola

We were inspired to start this project after noticing the daily traffic problems in our community, such as congestion, unsafe crossings, and accidents. Seeing pedestrians, especially children and elderly people, struggle to cross roads motivated us to take action. We also wanted to support the efforts of the traffic police and create awareness about road safety. Our aim was to contribute to society by ensuring smoother traffic flow and promoting responsible behavior among road users.
We executed our traffic duty project with proper planning and teamwork. Responsibilities were divided among the members. Some controlled pedestrian crossings. Others observed vehicle movement and guided drivers. We collaborated with local traffic police for signals and safety rules. Hand signals, jackets, and placards were used to raise awareness. Finally, we collected feedback to measure our effectiveness and improve.
Through this project, we learned the value of discipline, patience, and teamwork. We realized how challenging it is to manage traffic and ensure safety for everyone on the road. The project taught us the importance of following traffic rules and guiding others responsibly. We also gained confidence in communicating with people and creating awareness. Most importantly, we understood that small contributions can bring a big positive change in society.
