The first ever rovers moot was held in Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Dewathang from 12th to 16th February. The moot was held with the aim to have spiritual development and building lasting brotherhood. The 119 rovers from 8 different colleges participated in the moot. The 5 days moot was enhanced with educational activities along with the leadership and community service skills. The participants learnt many new things through which they can promote Rover activities in their respective colleges.
