Scouting for Hope
This project aims to foster inclusive Scouting opportunities for deaf pupils and vulnerable children at Heal Uganda Orphanage Home. Through TTL, the project will train sign language Scout trainers, provide essential Scouting materials, and introduce Scouting to 273 children at Heal Uganda Orphanage, equipping them with tools to fully participate.
Induction training.The training involved all the aspects of implementation of the project and some basic or introduction to sign language for the trainers. This training continued based on need for a month into the implementation phase.
Leadership and Mentorship program
All recruited scouts will undergo a mentorship programme to develop crucial leadership skills.

Its is important for scouts to remain relevant for impact.
