With the theme "Together for positive change" the DSA of Bumthang dzongkhag organised refresher course and retreat programme for the scouts masters. 50 scouts masters joined the programme where they started their days with B.P six exercise in the morning followed by the spiritual hike. Four youth leaders joined the scouts master in rendering our experis and services to the teachers. We too got the opportunity to visit many sacred places and learn new things.
