New scouting spirit; Boot Camp for young scouts.
After getting trained as a Leader, I'm much more enthusiastic to spread the skills and knowledge I have learned through the program.
I have implemented my project in various schools, spreading all the skills and knowledge to every scout, as well as training them to get to the next advancement badge. With the help of my fellow leaders, I was able to execute my project more smoothly and efficiently.
All the new scouts who were so much energetic and enthusiastic about scouting got the chance to learn the basic idea about scouting as a whole. I am much more happier that I was able to benefit a lot people in the community.
I am able to learn about how to be much more organized and how to implement my skills and knowledge to the community efficiently.
