Education Minister Jai bir Rai graced the Thimphu Thromde Scout association  Investiture Ceremony with 300 newly joined CheyChey scouts,Nachung Scout,Nazhoen Scout and Community Based Scouts in the association from 34 schools under thromde.

The parents of the newly joined scouts awarded the scarf to the their children with smile on their face and with oath taking ceremony to serve nation and fulfil scouting principles .
