On the joyous occasion of the 40th birth anniversary of His Majesty, the nation joins to wish his Majesty a happy and long live. Along with the auspicious occasion the rovers of Taktse also observed the national scouts day. They rendered their voluntary services ro the public in terms of serving them and crowd controlling. The day was well marked with dedication and zeal.
