Annual Festival of Thimphu faces mighty visitors from both the Bhutanese and Tourists across the world. Hence lots of security is required to control the crowds for efficient conduct of festival. There was more than 200 security including Desups, Police, Scouts and volunteers rendering sincere service. I personally led one scout patrol of 18 members for the 3 days amongst 65 Leadership Scouts volunteered for the service. We averagely worked for 12 hours 7 am to 7 pm since early cold morning to until everyone's departure.
