Today National Narcotics Control Member came in Higher Seconday under Paro Dzongkhag and did "National survey on drug use" in Bhutan 2016. School based survey instrument is successfully done in Paro (11th to 12th Grade) And it is yet to conduct in other Dzongkhag.
