Alpha Design Creation Eco-initiative 1.0
My motivation was to address plastic pollution while creating educational opportunities for underserved children. I wanted to empower young people with practical waste-to-wealth skills and inspire them to become environmental stewards in their communities.
We executed the project through strategic planning, volunteer mobilization, and partnerships with schools and recycling organizations. We established PET bottle collection points, conducted environmental awareness and DIY upcycling workshops, and transferred collected plastics to our recycling partner. Proceeds are used to support underserved pupils while promoting environmental sustainability.
This project taught me the power of collaboration, community engagement, and persistence. I learned that sustainable impact requires strong partnerships, youth participation, and continuous education. It also reinforced that small, consistent actions can create lasting environmental and social change.
