The Pangasinan-San Carlos City Council Training Team participated and served as Activity Officers of the 2014 Joint District BSP & GSP Camp of Dasol District, Pangasinan, Philippines. It was participated by 500 Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Leaders of the Municipality of Dasol. The Regional Scout Director of Ilocos Region, Miss Imelda S. Samson, Council Scout Executive, Mr. Vivencio C. Vinluan, Field Scout Executive, Mrs. Sisa S. Valle, also graced the invitation of this event. The Dasol District School Head In-Charge, who is also serving as the Deputy Regional Scout Commissioner for KID Scouting, Mrs. Julieta N. Rivera spearheaded the success of the event. As part of the introduction of the Messengers of Peace Initiatives to the grassroots, the MoP dance was introduced to the participants during their Talent Show Night.
