In recent years, implementing an adult management model that responds to the World and Interamerican Policies for AiS has been the focus of work according to the current Regional Plan in the NSOs of the region. In the last 18 months, 80% of the people in charge of the design and management of adults in the NSOs have changed; therefore, new people are taking over the role facing the reality of needing to understand the process of implementation that others have carried and that should continue.

the first hybrid event that brought together 22 face-to-face participants, more than 60 virtual participants and an incredible team of facilitators. Lots of learning around the Integral Management of Adults, where everything we do becomes a tool to support our volunteers. We had fun, learned by doing, confronted our paradigms, met again, and dreamed a lot for three days but necessary to change how we see our volunteers and support them in their practices and continuous improvement.

The scope of the workshop has benefited the adult volunteers of the participating NSOs and the implementation of the tools provided in the workshop has had an impact on the improvement of the management of adult volunteers, their training and support.

As best practices, Collaborative work between the NSOs hosting the project and the Regional Office to achieve the project's success. The involvement of 9 volunteers from the region as session facilitators and the collective construction of knowledge.
