Department of Youth and Sport, Ministry of Education in collaboration with Jigme Namgyel Engineering College organized National Rover Moot-1st of it's kind from 12th to 16th February, 2020.

A total of 120 Rovers from 8 Colleges participated in 1st National Rover Moot held in Jigme Namgyel Engineering College.

Moot is an camp for adults whereby Rovers from different places come together with the objective to learn new skills and make lasting friendship among themselves. The camp was also included with Expeditions, Adventures Community Services and Educational Activities.
