The 20th Course of Assistant Leader Training is host by Scout of China in Ming Dao University Chang Hwa County Taiwan. During these 5 days will train 38 trainers for training unit leaders near future. CALT is the first stage of the 'Two-Stage Approach' for Training of Trainers. Its aims are to introduce the principles and method of training and demonstrate the methods and techniques according to the needs of the National Scout Organizations. This course is a prerequisite for a participant to become an Assistant Leader Trainer and will eventually becomes a 3-Beaders who is capable to lead/conduct a basic training course.
