Perched at the highest peak of Scouts & Guides Wadi El-Nil (SGWEN) training grounds, the "Lady of Sanabel" Camp (مخيم سيدة السنابل) recently concluded a transformative five-day learning journey. 42 dedicated participants ascended to this premier training camp to immerse themselves in a rigorous curriculum designed to shape the next generation of leaders. The journey was a masterclass in holistic development, featuring: Expert Instruction: High-caliber speakers from SGWEN, the Egyptian Scouting Federation, and WOSM delivered intensive training sessions and workshops. Deep Learning: Through complex case studies and interactive discussions, participants moved beyond theory into practical leadership application. The Scout Spirit: The program balanced technical skill with tradition—from precision scouting protocols and ceremonies to the reflective atmosphere of prayer night retreats and the warmth of the traditional campfire. This monumental effort was fueled by a powerhouse team of 40+ volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail was perfect. As these 42 leaders descend from the "Lady of Sanabel," they carry with them the skills, values, and vision to elevate Scouting across the region.
