Scouts United Under the Golden Throne.
What inspired you to take up the project?
The day reminded us of the true spirit of loyalty, unity, and service. As Scouts, we celebrated the birth anniversary of our beloved Fourth Druk Gyalpo with pride and gratitude. His Majesty’s selfless leadership and wisdom inspire us to serve our community with dedication and humility. Holding our national flags high, we felt motivated to follow his footsteps — to lead with kindness, work with honesty, and build a better future for our nation together.
What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?
From this celebration, we learned the importance of loyalty, unity, and service in our daily lives. We saw how working together with discipline and teamwork can make any event successful. The celebration also reminded us to follow the example of our leaders — to lead with kindness, act honestly, and serve our community selflessly. Participating in the march, organizing the program, and showing respect for our traditions taught us responsibility, cooperation, and pride in our nation.
Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?
During the celebration, all Scout members gathered early and helped organize the event smoothly. We took part in the march and cheered proudly with the national flags. Everyone wore traditional dress and showed great discipline and teamwork. The program went well with songs, speeches, and dances dedicated to our beloved Fourth Druk Gyalpo. It was a joyful and respectful celebration that reminded us of our duties as Scouts.
