Scouts for Peace In Action

Since the training, I have implemented peacebuilding activities in schools and community. (Scouts for Peace in Action) Organized "Tubonge Tuelewane - Let’s Talk, Let’s Understand" dialogues to address conflicts before they escalate. Set up a Listening Ear desk where students could share challenges and get guidance on self-control and peaceful problem-solving. Conducted Safe From Harm sessions to teach respect, anti-bullying, and how to prevent school unrest like fires. Also ran an inclusivity campaign encouraging students of all backgrounds, faiths, and genders to work together as one. The project was Conducted at Ndere ComplexCentre,Ngiya Girls Boarding Primary. Community outreach done during scouts camp march pass. I had Students [scouts] all sections, teachers, Administrator [ Cheif] that participate in this initiative Some of objective achieved; 1. Create a safer school environment free from violence and fire outbreaks 2. Promote open dialogue so students solve issues by talking, not fighting 3. Encourage inclusivity and respect for each other 4. Empower young people to be Messengers of Peace in school and at home
