Scouts In Action
What inspired you to take up the project?
My motivation was to share my scouting knowledge and skills with young participants, guide them in learning new things, and help them develop discipline, teamwork, and leadership. As a volunteer teacher, I felt proud to inspire and support them.
What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?
Through this project, I learned the importance of teaching, patience, leadership, and teamwork. As a volunteer leader at Nazhoen Boot Camp, I improved my communication skills, learned how to guide young participants, and gained confidence in sharing my knowledge. This experience taught me that a good leader not only leads but also teaches, supports, and inspires others.
Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?
I executed the project by volunteering as a teacher at Nazhoen Boot Camp, where I shared my scouting knowledge and skills with young participants. I guided them through various activities, explained important lessons, and encouraged them to develop discipline, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. Throughout the camp, I supported their learning, answered their questions, and motivated them to participate actively.
