Welcoming Our Leadership Scouts We, the Scout Leaders of Autsho Central School, comprising five male and five female leaders, warmly welcomed our scouts who returned after completing their 21-day Leadership Scout Training. A khadar offering ceremony was held to welcome and congratulate them on their achievement, followed by a cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate their successful completion of the training. After the ceremony, we interacted with the scouts and provided them with an opportunity to share their experiences, learning, challenges, and memorable moments during the 21 days of training. They shared how the training helped them develop leadership, discipline, teamwork, self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility. The interaction was an inspiring moment for both the scout leaders and the scouts. It also encouraged other scouts to work hard and aspire to participate in future leadership training. We are proud of their achievement and look forward to seeing them apply their newly acquired skills to strengthen scouting activities and inspire fellow scouts at Autsho Central School.
