We were motivated to share our scouting knowledge, skills, and experiences with junior scouts. As leaders, we wanted to guide them, build their confidence, and teach them discipline, teamwork, and leadership so they could become responsible scouts.

We learned how to lead, guide, and motivate junior scouts. We also improved our communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while understanding the importance of sharing knowledge and working together.

We conducted a training camp for junior scouts by teaching them scouting skills, discipline, teamwork, drill, first aid, and leadership. We guided them through practical activities, encouraged their participation, and helped them develop confidence and responsibility.
