The Youth Development Program on Disaster Preparedness of the Ateneo Rover Circle (ARC) is a series of seminar-workshop for the youth leaders in the disaster prone areas. Through scouting and in partnership with Rescue 411, the youth leaders are empowered and capacitated with skills on first aid and basic life support that they themselves are able to make a difference in their own ways when an untoward circumstance occurs.
