Volunteer assistance during Hajj return flights
Being able to volunteer and help pilgrims returning from Hajj was a special experience for me. I have always loved serving people, and this project gave me that opportunity. Being able to help elderly pilgrims gave me emotional satisfaction and helped me understand human values more deeply.
In this project, I was engaged as a volunteer in assisting passengers participating in the Hajj flight. I helped passengers to the correct gate and especially elderly and sick passengers. In addition, I ensured the service of passengers by providing water, guidance and basic needs. I implemented the project effectively by maintaining discipline and teamwork throughout the entire process.
From here, I learned how to remain calm and effective in times of emergency and stress. I gained a deeper understanding of empathy, humanity and responsibility while assisting elderly and sick passengers. I gained skills in teamwork, proper time management and understanding and helping people's needs.
