We the rover scouts of jigme namgyel engineering college allocated 11 September as a day to care our old planted saplings. We starting from our college main gate till staff residence we weeded the saplings and cleaned the surroundings so that we could at least care and nurture our earth through our small action which would in turn contribute to over come global warming
