The training was held at the Ghana Scout Association national training centre at Sakyikrom, Nsawam in the Eastern region part of Ghana on 25-27th November 2017.The training was conducted in a three day camp. The main objectives of the training was to • Build capacity of scout leaders • Prepared Scout leaders for Wood badge Course • Ensure best practises in scouting • Widen the scope of adult leaders in community service Participants were taken through topics such as Mission of Scouting, Scouting Method, Camp Craft, Pioneering, Program Planning, record keeping. Inverness District of UK Scouts partnered to facilitate the program. 52 adult leaders participated. Certificates were awarded to participants.
